**Corporate Floorplates | Fit-out | Retrofit** We are seeking a professional with strong technical leadership to participate in the conception, structuring, and implementation of multidisciplinary corporate infrastructure projects, focusing on corporate floorplates, fit-outs, and medium-to-high-complexity retrofits. The role will be responsible for connecting demand-generating areas, architecture, suppliers, and design firms, ensuring technically excellent solutions aligned with operations, user experience, schedule, and financial feasibility. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Challenges of the Role** * Translate operational needs into technically sound business-aligned solutions; * Lead complex corporate projects with multiple interfaces from a technical standpoint; * Serve as the technical reference for decision-making and multidisciplinary coordination; * Ensure execution quality, operational functionality, and compliance with corporate standards; * Support technical recommendations with systemic vision and analytical capability. **Responsibilities** **Technical Conception and Structuring** * Conduct technical assessments with demand-generating areas; * Develop multidisciplinary solutions for fit-out, retrofit, and building adaptation projects; * Technically validate solutions considering feasibility, CAPEX, schedule, and corporate standards; * Support technical governance of projects alongside area management. **Technical Coordination and Multidisciplinary Interface** * Lead technical development of scopes for procurement; * Perform technical evaluation of proposals and support supplier selection; * Facilitate interface among architecture, design firms, suppliers, facilities, and internal stakeholders; * Address technical conflicts and multidisciplinary coordination issues. **Implementation Oversight** * Conduct technical supervision of project execution; * Ensure compliance with as-built drawings and technical specifications; * Lead technical meetings with suppliers; * Ensure construction quality and performance of installed systems. **Technical Delivery and Documentation** * Ensure technical commissioning and functional validation of systems; * Validate technical documentation, as-built drawings, shop drawings, and handover packages; * Guarantee document traceability and technical acceptance processes. **Supplier Development** * Develop and qualify suppliers compliant with the company’s technical standards; * Promote continuous improvement in specifications and execution processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering, or related fields. **Mandatory Experience** * Implementation of corporate floorplates, fit-outs, and corporate retrofits; * Medium-to-high-complexity multidisciplinary projects; * Technical coordination of corporate infrastructure; * Occupied corporate environments and fast-track projects; * Technical management of specialized suppliers; * Hard facilities and corporate building infrastructure. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge** **Building Infrastructure** * HVAC (VRF, Chiller/Fan Coil, Split System, VAV) * BMS / Building Automation * Critical electrical systems * Fire protection systems (Sprinklers and SDAI) * Building plumbing **Corporate Infrastructure** * Structured cabling * Optical fiber * Corporate networks * Racks and technical rooms * Access control and CCTV * Infrastructure for meeting and collaboration rooms. **Corporate Projects / Fit-out** * Corporate layout * Drywall * Ceilings * Raised floors * Acoustics * Corporate furniture * Multidisciplinary coordination **Technical Documentation** * Reading and interpreting as-built drawings * As-built documentation * Shop drawings * Technical coordination * Applicable technical standards **Tools** * AutoCAD * Revit and/or BIM **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Class A/AAA corporate environments; * Workplace strategy experience; * Experience in mission-critical sites; * Knowledge of technical commissioning; * Project management certifications (PMI or similar). **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STAGES:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be notified if you advance): * Application — completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview — an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview — a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
