Job Summary: The Services Department is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the optimal operation and performance of wind farms, guaranteeing maximum energy production and customer loyalty. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the proper operation and performance of wind farms. 2. Monitor WTGs, diagnose faults, and issue technical reports. 3. The Services Department is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of our customers' wind farms and guaranteeing the best performance of each turbine throughout its lifetime. The role is to ensure turbines operate at maximum capacity, delivering optimal energy production to our customers. As a key team maintaining long-term customer loyalty, the Service Technician applies their skills and training to operate and maintain wind turbines. The technician will follow specific schedules and procedures, including safety protocols, turbine Service Instructions, and/or Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Operation and Maintenance processes. **Location:** Parelhas\-RN **Responsibilities:** * Report to the Service Supervisor; \- Ensure compliance with Vestas Health and Safety procedures, Work Instructions, and quality requirements;\- Perform preventive tasks and corrective maintenance; * Carry out maintenance on Vestas turbines at wind farms; * Monitor WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) performance, identify underperforming equipment, and implement actions to normalize the WTG power curve; * Diagnose faults by collecting and analyzing data extracted from WTGs via SCADA; * Issue reports, including Inspection, Fault, or Component Replacement reports; * Submit daily activity reports from the site; * Inspect and complete checklists for work tools; * Ensure correct material consumption in work orders and execution of activities within planned timeframes; * Establish and maintain professional contact with customers as required. **Qualifications:** * Technical education in mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or mechatronic engineering; \- Valid CFT;\- Valid CNH B; * Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Competencies:** * Communicate clearly and concisely \- Ability to learn quickly;\- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data collection/reporting software; * Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical engineering drawings; * Aptitude for working at heights, in confined spaces, and under challenging weather conditions; * Willingness to travel for work.
