




Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, document interventions, and analyze data to improve processes, ensuring equipment operates properly. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment 2. Data analysis for continuous process improvement 3. Support in electrical installation and equipment repairs Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks according to the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule, ensuring equipment remains in good working condition; Record detailed information about maintenance activities using maintenance management systems to document interventions; Analyze data and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions, continuously improving maintenance and operational processes; Support electrical installation and perform repairs on factory-mapped equipment; Use manual electrical tools such as drills, sanders, grinders, and similar tools within the area’s routine; Support oversight of third-party services to ensure quality and compliance of performed work; Daily monitoring of line breakdown analysis records and validation; Calibrate medium-criticality equipment, such as dosers and online scales. Conduct and prepare maintenance route inspections to identify and resolve issues. Monitor daily production line breakdown analysis records. Resolve SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), Quality, and UMS labels; Contribute in accordance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards specified in Unilever’s internal policies; Report factory accidents and incidents per Unilever’s internal policy. Basic metrology (pressure, temperature, level, flow), P&ID reading, and I/O list interpretation. Familiarity with PLC/HMI/SCADA and industrial networks (concepts and initial diagnostics). Assisted PLC/HMI backup/restore when required; module replacement under guidance. Profibus/Profinet/Modbus/EtherNet-IP networks: Level 1/2 diagnostics (addressing, topology, node replacement, basic telegram analysis).
