Maintenance Services Assistant

We are looking for a professional to work as a Maintenance Services Assistant at AAFBB's headquarters! If you are proactive, organized, and enjoy contributing to the smooth operation of facilities, this opportunity may be right for you. On a daily basis, the professional will support facility maintenance and conservation routines, contributing to the proper functioning of spaces and equipment. Main responsibilities: * Assist with minor building maintenance repairs; * Support simple electrical, plumbing, and painting services; * Replace light bulbs and assist with basic installations; * Assist with sanding, assembly, and fastening of parts; * Support the conservation and organization of tools and materials; * Perform operational support tasks as required by the maintenance team; * Identify repair needs and report them to supervision; * Support related activities as directed by supervision. Requirements: ✔ Completed high school education; ✔ Prior experience in maintenance activities is a plus; ✔ Basic knowledge of building maintenance; ✔ Basic knowledge of occupational safety; ✔ Responsible, organized, proactive profile with willingness to work in a team.
