Route optimization and time management **Job Objective:** Assist in organizing and scheduling services, providing high-quality customer service and support for the department’s administrative routines and operational support, including time and resource management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule and confirm technical services/customer appointments via telephone, WhatsApp, and email; * Organize the daily schedules of field teams, optimizing routes and timing; * Provide customer support regarding questions about deadlines and procedures; * Update control spreadsheets and management systems (CRM/ERP) with current data; * Assist in opening and closing service orders.
