People, Culture & Finance Administration** * **Focus:** Supporting new talent onboarding, screening recruitment processes, and assisting with accounts payable/receivable routines. * **Profile:** Organized, analytical, and empathetic. Students majoring in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields. **2. Customer Support (Customer Success)** * **Focus:** Community management (customer groups), opening technical support tickets, and strategic follow-up. You serve as IMPULSO’s voice and guarantee SLA response times. * **Profile:** Impeccable communication skills, proactivity, and agility. Must remain attentive and connected to ensure no customer goes unanswered. **3. Paid Media Operations (Performance)** * **Focus:** Assisting in the creation and monitoring of campaigns (Meta Ads/Google Ads) and analyzing KPIs (CPL, Leads, MQLs) to generate genuine demand for clients. * **Profile:** Strong analytical inclination and strategic vision. Students majoring in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or quantitative disciplines. **4. Graphic Design & Creativity** * **Focus:** Translating strategy into visual impact by creating social media assets, advertisements, and presentations—ensuring clear communication and brand reinforcement. * **Profile:** Creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. Students majoring in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising, or related fields, proficient in tools (Figma/Adobe) and possessing a portfolio.
