Job Description: Video Producer About the Role: We are looking for a Video Producer to join our audiovisual production team. The professional will be responsible for the entire video creation process—from image capture to final editing—contributing to corporate videos, product clips, marketing campaigns, and social media content. Responsibilities * Plan, film, and produce videos for various formats (corporate, product, promotional, social media, events, etc.). * Operate filming, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots. * Edit, process, and finalize videos, ensuring visual and audio quality. * Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with target audiences and brand strategy. * Adapt videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), respecting format-specific requirements and duration constraints. * Maintain proper archiving and organization of video files and related materials. Experience Requirements * 1–3 years of experience (junior to mid-level) in audiovisual production. * Proven experience in filming and editing video for digital content or corporate communications. * Experience in projects involving visual storytelling and cross-platform production. Knowledge and Tools * Proficiency with DSLR, mirrorless, or professional cameras, as well as audio and lighting equipment. * Advanced knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut. * Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects tools (After Effects is a plus). * Basic knowledge of color grading and color correction. * Knowledge of export formats and optimization for various digital media. * Basic knowledge of audio recording and microphone techniques. Skills * Attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and creativity in audiovisual content production. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines. * Strong communication skills for alignment with multidisciplinary teams. * Organizational skills for file management and schedule adherence. * Adaptability and quick learning of new tools and industry trends.
