Job Summary: Perform electromechanical tasks on motorcycles, ensuring quality and standardization of installation processes and resolving operational issues. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and resolution of operational electrical and mechanical issues Perform electromechanical tasks on motorcycles, with emphasis on installing electrical harnesses, installing and replacing transport trunk supports, and reviewing installation processes. Responsible for ensuring installation quality, process standardization, and proper component functionality, as well as identifying and resolving operational issues. * Install **electrical harnesses in motorcycles**, ensuring correct operation of electrical systems. * Install, replace, and adjust **transport trunk supports**, according to company-established standards; * Conduct technical inspections of trunk installations, verifying fixation, alignment, and safety; * Identify and correct faults in electrical and mechanical installations; * Perform functional tests after installations, ensuring full equipment operation; * Support standardization of installation processes, ensuring quality and reducing rework; * Diagnose and resolve operational issues related to (electrical systems, support fixation, and component assembly); * Support control and organization of tools, equipment, and materials used in activities; * Ensure correct tool usage and adherence to safety standards during service execution; * Complete basic activity records; * Maintain equipment, tools, and the work environment; * Attend training and capacity-building sessions when required; * Provide operational support to the team when necessary. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; technical or vocational training in Electronics, Mechanics, or Electrical Engineering is desirable * Basic knowledge of automotive/motorcycle electrical systems; * Basic mechanical knowledge; * Installation of electrical harnesses; * Use of manual and electric tools; * Basic ability to read electrical schematics (a plus). * Experience installing accessories. * Experience working with motorcycles; Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
