Job Summary: Lead the creation and execution of 3D projects, developing visuals for campaigns and collaborating with creative teams to ensure aesthetic and technical quality of deliverables. Collaborate with Art, Motion, Planning, and Production teams Responsibilities: \- Lead the creation and execution of 3D projects (modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and finishing); \- Develop key visuals, scenes, environments, and assets for campaigns and activations; \- Translate strategic briefs into consistent 3D visual solutions; \- Collaborate with Art Direction, Motion, Planning, and Production teams; \- Define and organize technical 3D project pipelines; \- Ensure aesthetic and technical quality standards of deliverables; \- Support and mentor mid-level/junior 3D designers; \- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development. Requirements: Prior experience in advertising agencies, live marketing, or creative studios; Experience in events, exhibition stands, brand experience projects, multimedia, and interactive experiences; Advanced proficiency in software such as Blender, Cinema 4D\+ Redshift (or D5 Renderer), 3ds Max or similar; Experience with render engines (Octane, Redshift, Arnold or similar); Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, and composition; Integration with post-production tools (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator); Technical leadership ability, organizational skills, and deadline management; Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
