If this environment resonates with you, come join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receptive customer service via digital channels and phone; * Recording of customer interactions; * Handling customer needs using available systems; * Responding to requests promptly and effectively, always striving to deliver the best customer experience; * Promoting maximum satisfaction through specialized service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * With or without prior experience (experience in customer service is a plus); * Computer literacy; * Good diction and writing skills; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Behavioral capacity to remain calm and tolerant, without becoming destabilized by situations outside routine work; * Behavioral capacity to embrace routine procedures; * Initiative and interpretive ability; * Aptitude and interest in assimilating and conveying knowledge related to assigned duties; **Additional Information** 100% in-person position located in Freguesia do Ó \- São Paulo \- SP **\#joinus** We are a company that believes **every dream begins with a desire, a project, and a purpose.** We believe in content and information, but we are convinced that nothing surpasses experience.
