Develop and optimize queue and streaming processing systems **Infosys Brasil** is seeking professionals with the profile of **Backend Engineer** to join our team. **Required Qualifications:** * Solid backend development experience using languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Node.js. * Proficiency in microservice architecture and communication patterns, such as REST, gRPC, and Event-Driven. * Experience with messaging and queuing systems (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, or similar). * Knowledge of data streaming processing. * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments (deployments, services, ingress, HPA, ConfigMaps, Secrets). * Proficiency in observability tools using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). * Solid knowledge of logging, distributed tracing, and OpenTelemetry implementation. * Experience with Redis (caching, queues, pub/sub) and Elasticsearch. * Knowledge of cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP). ### **Desirable (Preferred) Skills:** * Experience with Microsoft Azure and its services (AKS, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus). * Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD) or Azure platforms. * Experience with Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd). * Knowledge of GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Flux). * Contributions to open-source projects. * Experience with chaos engineering and resilience testing. * Prior experience in startups with a fast-paced delivery rhythm. **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * Design and implement scalable, highly available microservice architectures. * Develop and optimize queue and data streaming processing systems. * Manage and orchestrate containers using Kubernetes in production environments. * Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. * Configure and maintain observability solutions (logging, tracing, and metrics) using the ELK Stack and OpenTelemetry. * Participate in code reviews, definition of technical standards, and architectural decisions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous delivery of value. * Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution in distributed systems. **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** CLT, Flexible working hours. **Benefits Package:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Childcare Assistance, Life Insurance, Funeral Assistance, Health and Dental Plans. **Career Path:** Global engagement with national and/or international clients and projects; opportunity for international career mobility.
