Job Summary: We are seeking an Apprentice for our Apprenticeship Program who enjoys learning and wishes to develop within the largest air conditioning e-commerce, supporting communication and events. We are looking for an Apprentice to join our Apprenticeship Program. **If you enjoy learning new things and wish to develop at the largest air conditioning e-commerce, this position is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Follow company policies and internal processes; * Support the production of internal and external content; * Assist in organizing internal marketing campaigns and initiatives; * Support the organization of internal events and employee engagement activities; * Edit photos and videos; * Support internal audience service; * Perform other tasks in the area as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you have: * Be 18 years old; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Availability to participate in the Apprenticeship Program, including practical activities at Grupo Capiau and theoretical activities at SENAC. It will be a plus if you: * Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; * Have studied marketing. **Additional Information** Work model: On-site CLT Apprenticeship Schedule: Grupo Capiau: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
