Focus on quality, deadlines, and cost control We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coordinator to manage the production and installation of iron and aluminum windows and doors. The professional will be responsible for reviewing and preparing budgets, managing the technical team, and supervising operational activities, aiming to implement improvements and optimize internal processes. The manager will be essential in ensuring project quality, adherence to deadlines and costs, and in developing and implementing operational procedures. Reporting to the Director, key responsibilities include: \- Coordinating and supervising the production and installation of iron and aluminum windows and doors; \- Managing and leading the technical team (including estimators, site supervisors, and installers); \- Reviewing budgets prepared by estimators and ensuring technical and financial feasibility; \- Implementing operational improvements and efficient processes to optimize production and reduce errors; \- Assisting communication between the technical team and engineers, capable of translating designs into production (reading drawings, providing cutting and welding instructions); \- Managing material resources, costs, and schedules, ensuring quality of all deliverables; \- Monitoring construction sites to verify compliance with planning and expected quality; Requirements \- Experience in metalworking or manufacturing of aluminum and/or iron windows and doors; \- Knowledge of reading technical drawings and metallurgical specifications; \- Ability to solve technical problems and optimize production processes; \- Preferred: Experience in team management, with ability to lead and delegate tasks; \- Strong communication skills, especially with engineers and technical teams; \- Proactivity and ability to implement operational improvements; \- Experience in planning and cost control, budgeting, and resource management; \- Completed high school education and valid driver's license (Class B); Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Health Insurance * Meal Voucher * Flexible Working Hours * Company Vehicle
