Opportunity for a Construction Technician **Job Description:** Responsibilities aligned with the position. **Requirements:** Conduct quantity surveys on construction sites (perimeter, height, windows and doors, roofs, ceilings, common areas, etc.), record relevant information, take photographs, complete the quantitative survey – budget checklist, scan and attach related documents, and forward them to the data entry clerk for budget preparation; additionally, perform verifications and adjustments to meet commercial routines. Experience with budgeting / 3D measurement software. Construction technician. Valid Brazilian driver's license category B required. Completed high school education. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Working Hours:** Working hours: From 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM). **Benefits:** Salary of R$ 2\.499,20\.
