Job Summary: Professional responsible for interpreting technical drawings, estimating costs, requesting quotations for materials and services, organizing budgets, and managing email communications. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in budgeting and technical drawing interpretation 2. Mandatory knowledge of CEM / Preference 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills Interpret technical drawings; Identify items and estimate costs for budgets; Request quotations for materials and services; Use AutoCAD 2D; Organize and control submitted budgets; Respond to emails regarding budget requests; Experience in budgeting; Experience in interpreting technical drawings and identifying items for budget estimation; Mandatory knowledge of the CEM / Preference system; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Strong communication and organizational skills.
