Construction Technician **Job Description:** Responsibilities according to the position. **Requirements:** Requirements: Perform quantitative surveys on construction sites (perimeter, height, windows and doors, roofs, ceilings, common areas, etc.), record information, take photos, complete the quantitative survey – budget checklist, scan and attach related documents, and forward them to the data entry clerk for budget preparation; also conduct verifications and adjustments to meet commercial routines. Experience with budgeting/3D measurement software. Construction Technician. Valid Brazilian driver's license category B required. Completed high school. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Working Hours:** Working Hours: From 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM). **Benefits:** Salary: R$ 2\.499,20\.
