Budget Analyst (PJ)

Description

Job Summary: A professional to execute design projects, develop 3D solutions, perform structural sizing, analyze tender documentation, and budget facade and fenestration projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in proposal design and development of 3D solutions 2. Focus on structural sizing and project budgeting 3. Technical and supply support for construction budgeting Execute design proposal projects using AutoCAD software; develop project solutions using SolidWorks and/or Inventor software with 3D construction details; perform preliminary structural sizing of facade and fenestration components using Ftools or similar software; jointly analyze with management the tender and bidding documentation to be budgeted by ITEFAL; quantify materials for budgeting and quotations of facades, fenestrations, claddings, and all related materials; budget facades, fenestrations, and all their components using CEM and Corte\-Certo software; prepare internal ITEFAL budget spreadsheets and technical\-commercial proposals according to ITEFAL standards for new projects and contractual scope changes; support negotiations and revise deliverables per client and management requirements; prepare internal ITEFAL spreadsheets for budget allocations, revenue, and disbursements related to construction projects and contractual changes for distribution across other ITEFAL departments; and provide technical and supply department support regarding construction budgeting and contractual changes. Experience as a designer and budget analyst for aluminum-and-glass facades and fenestrations. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
