This is the Sabesp way—transforming the present and preparing the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in planning, supervision, and monitoring of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and technical standards. * Develop simple construction, maintenance, and repair designs for buildings and sanitation systems using AutoCAD. * Interpret designs, floor plans, sketches, and technical specifications. * Assist in topographic and planialtimetric surveys, learning techniques to support project development and property, block, and network registration. * Monitor schedules, measurements, and the use of materials, equipment, and labor on construction sites. * Monitor and document execution of outsourced and in-house services. * Prepare basic descriptive reports, under guidance from more experienced professionals. * Conduct field technical inspections, surveys, and assessments. * Produce technical reports and photographic records of activities. * Support preparation of budgets, descriptive reports, and other technical documents. * Verify compliance with delivery standards for sanitation projects, including real estate developments. * Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. * Utilize technical tools and software to support project execution and monitoring. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of materials, equipment, and work areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Technical high school diploma in building construction. * Active professional registration with the relevant regulatory council. * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License – CNH Category B required. **Additional Information** **Benefits Offered:** Medical Assistance Private Pension Plan Meal Voucher (VR) and Food Voucher (VA) Transportation Voucher Christmas Basket Birthday Day Off Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Childcare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers Wellhub Partnership (Gympass) Profit-Sharing Program – PPR The new Sabesp is much more than a sanitation company.
