Job Summary: Work in the Occupational Safety and Medicine area, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation, conducting inspections, training, and identifying occupational hazards. Carry out activities with focus on a healthy work environment, complying with company rules and procedures, as well as Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, and Quality standards * Monitor and implement the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA) in the company, as well as other legal documents such as PCMSO, LTCAT, among others; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other applicable legislation; * Perform routine and/or specific occupational safety inspections regarding work execution and use of safety equipment; * Identify unsafe conditions and take measures to minimize and/or neutralize them, as well as eliminate unsafe acts; * Plan specific safety training programs; * Draft and implement safety procedures, ensuring standardization and meeting requirements; * Manage the computerized Occupational Safety and Medicine system; * Monitor area indicators, developing new tools and improvement opportunities; * Advise the Legal department in labor litigation cases involving environmental risks; * Apply occupational safety by inspecting daily risk points, supervising the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and guiding employees on correct PPE usage; * Identify situations that may cause occupational diseases and support the redefinition of work methods or equipment operation criteria together with involved departments; * Collaborate with the Occupational Medicine department; * Work directly with the operational department, training, and fostering a safety culture; * Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to present safety data; * Provide technical support regarding technical service documentation.
