Job Summary:
An occupational safety professional to identify and control risks, develop safety programs, conduct inspections, and investigate accidents, with a focus on safety culture.

**Requirements**
* Completed technical education in Occupational Safety (with professional registration);
* Experience carrying out occupational health and safety activities;
* NR-10 and NR-35 certifications;
* Valid Brazilian driver's license category B and experience driving vehicles;
* Availability for travel;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Additional qualifications such as courses in electrotechnology, civilian firefighter training, first aid, or defensive driving instruction are advantageous;
* Experience working with energy concessionaires is advantageous.
**Responsibilities**
* Identify, assess, and control environmental and occupational hazards;
* Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs (e.g., PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT);
* Conduct safety inspections in workplaces;
* Investigate workplace accidents and propose preventive and corrective measures;
* Guide and train employees on proper use of PPE and safe work practices;
* Supervise third-party activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations;
* Maintain up-to-date records, reports, and performance indicators for the department;
* Support audits, inspections, and interactions with regulatory agencies and clients;
* Contribute to promoting a safety culture across the organization.
