Job Summary: Occupational Safety professional to perform technical and administrative activities, with a focus on environmental risk management, assessments, and legal programs. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to clients and delivery of training sessions **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:** Perform and support occupational safety technical and administrative activities, focusing on environmental risk assessments, physical agent measurements, environmental evaluations, and development of legal programs. Provide technical and administrative support to clients, schedule and renew documents, and deliver training sessions and Daily Safety Talks (DDS) as required by client companies. Work collaboratively and under the supervision of the responsible technician, ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines. **FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES:** · Conduct occasional client visits for field surveys, measurements, and document renewals, scheduled in advance. · Perform environmental risk assessments and noise measurements (dosimetry), under technical supervision. · Support and conduct environmental evaluations (hand-arm and whole-body vibration, metal and dust scanning, organic vapors, and fit\-tests), according to schedule and technical instructions. · Provide client support, including contact for document renewals, scheduling of surveys, release of service orders, and clarification of operational queries. · Support and conduct DDS and practical training at companies without an Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) or Occupational Safety and Health Service (SESMT), using approved technical materials. · Develop and update legal safety documents (Risk Assessment Program – PGR, Occupational Health Monitoring Program – PCMSO, Technical Report on Hazardous Activities – LTCAT, Service Orders, Individual Worker Profile – PPP, Addenda, among others), subject to validation by the responsible technician. · Organize and assist in establishing CIPA structure, including minutes, records, and training. · Deliver in-person or online training to clients on PPE usage, CIPA, and SIPAT lectures. · Maintain spreadsheets and systems updated, recording measurements, deadlines, renewals, and document deliveries. · Support inspections, audits, and regulatory oversight, ensuring technical information is available and up-to-date. **POSITION COMPETENCIES** **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** Required: Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). Desirable: Additional courses in environmental measurements, ergonomics, NR\-35, instrument calibration, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** Required: Experience in field routines, environmental measurements, supporting development of legal programs, and corporate client support. Desirable: Experience in occupational safety and health (OSH) consulting firms; familiarity with fit\-tests, dosimetry, and participation in SIPATs and corporate training sessions. **COMPETENCIES:** **Technical:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word); knowledge of key Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs); use of measurement instruments (dosimeter, gravimetric pump, flow calibrator, sound level meter, fit\-tester); development and updating of technical documents; interpretation of environmental reports and test results. **Behavioral:** Organization, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, clear communication, empathy, ethics, professional demeanor, proactivity, discipline in fieldwork, teamwork, and results orientation. **REMUNERATION INFORMATION – CLT REGIME:** SALARY: R$ 2\.400,00/fixed.
