After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to the planning department’s schedule. * Technically document executed services in maintenance orders. * Perform maintenance using appropriate tools and procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace, including materials, tools, machines, and routine equipment. * Open and technically detail service notes in the maintenance management system. * Keep safety procedures updated and ensure proper use of PPE. * Identify and promote improvements in maintenance procedures and standards. * Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery. * Conduct failure analysis (FA). * Use technical materials (manuals, OPM, and IOP). * Perform equipment inspection routes. * Conduct risk analyses before performing activities. * Propose improvements to production and maintenance processes. * Ensure equipment reliability through performed maintenance. * Analyze problem solutions to identify root causes and implement containment actions. * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and preservation of natural resources, in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Required: CAI (Industrial Apprenticeship Course) certification or completed Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Machining Mechanics, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Desired: NR12 – Workplace Safety for Machinery and Equipment; * Desired: Knowledge of metrology, pneumatics, valves, pumps, gearboxes, and actuators; * Desired: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Desired: Knowledge of regulatory standards; * Desired: Basic knowledge of technical drawing. **Worth noting:** Full availability of working hours **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
