Description
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Biomedicine, Biology, or related fields;
* Experience in the field;
* Knowledge of environmental and operational legislation;
* Knowledge of environmental and operational licensing;
* Knowledge of ISO 14001;
* Knowledge of ANVISA, Army, Federal Police, and InMetro regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out renewal procedures for monthly and annual licenses with competent authorities to ensure compliance with regulations governing the company's full operation;
* Carry out notification and product registration procedures with the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) by registering information and specifications in the federal agency's system to ensure compliance with legal requirements;
* Request and update operation authorization licenses according to the Conduct Adjustment Agreement to guarantee the company's full operation in accordance with current legislation;
* Study and assess the company's procedural adherence to environmental legislation, verifying compliance with legal requirements applicable to the company to prevent enforcement actions;
* Analyze and monitor compliance with waste management plans, evaluating and providing feedback on waste disposal methods to meet current regulatory requirements;
* Conduct internal environmental and sustainability audits, including audit planning with relevant departments, execution, evaluation, and follow-up of action plans;
* Develop and deliver environmental education training based on relevant environmental topics identified through discussions with employees, providing guidance on environmental legislation to raise awareness and ensure legal compliance;
* Prepare and submit technical reports to environmental control agencies and other regulatory bodies to safeguard the company with technical information and evidence regarding the legality of its processes;
* Conduct market research and studies, manage and execute projects relevant to the area, seeking economically viable environmental alternatives for the company.
