What We Value in Our Team: Systemic Vision Purpose in Action Communication Continuous Learning Simplicity and Humility Empathy Leadership Sense of Ownership What You Will Find Here: Inspiring People Abundant, abundant learning Intensity and boldness Ownership Dynamic Environment Continuous Development **Responsibilities and Duties** Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and vehicles, including part replacement and component cleaning, repairs, brake and steering inspections, engine and suspension adjustments, machine overhauls, and new installations—following pre-established maintenance plans to ensure proper operation and performance of machinery and equipment;;Repairs and adjusts machinery, equipment, mechanical devices, and installations in general;Fills out preventive maintenance forms;Prepares service reports detailing root causes of failures and parts used during repairs;Lubricates machinery, equipment, mechanical devices, and installations;Executes preventive maintenance plans at pre-established intervals;Reports recurring and/or critical issues to the immediate supervisor;Assembles mechanical assemblies;Assists in installing new equipment and machinery;Monitors and assists in the production of parts and components used in maintenance;Contributes to improvements and modifications of machinery, equipment, mechanical devices, and installations;Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance on company equipment, as well as machine overhauls and new installations, following pre-established maintenance plans to ensure proper operation and performance of machinery and equipment;Reads, interprets, and diagnoses defects using schematics, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation of equipment—disassembling, recovering, reassembling, lubricating, testing, and/or replacing mechanical components when necessary—to implement appropriate corrections eliminating failures and production line stoppages;Performs predictive, preventive, and overhaul mechanical maintenance on equipment through periodic inspections, verifying the condition of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic components, and lubrication systems, carrying out necessary replacements according to planning to ensure proper equipment availability.;; **Requirements and Qualifications** PROFESSIONAL TRAINING (SENAI OR SIMILAR) The **Allonda Group**’s purpose is to **transform the world through sustainability**! **Here, we impact lives!** Our solutions—beyond being sustainable—are planned and executed with a focus on generating shared value for people, clients, and society.
