Description

We are looking for a Marketplace Assistant to support the registration and onboarding of new sellers, guide partners, use integrator platforms, and contribute to process improvements in collaboration with various departments. **Responsibilities and duties** We are looking for a Marketplace Assistant: * Support the activation and registration of new sellers on the marketplace; * Conduct onboarding by organizing information, products, and integration steps; * Maintain contact with sellers to guide them through processes, clarify doubts, and ensure a positive experience; * Use integrator platforms; * Support process analysis, proposing improvements and optimizations; * Collaborate with different departments (operations, tech, logistics, sales) to ensure smooth onboarding; **Requirements and qualifications** Our ideal candidate: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in related fields; * Prior experience in e-commerce; **Additional information** At Dafiti, beyond technical knowledge, we value teamwork, openness to learning, and adaptability to the company’s evolving dynamics — always remembering that here at Dafiti, this problem is mine too.
