Come join our team and impact lives with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning systems; * Carry out installation and commissioning of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment; * Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults; * Perform refrigerant charging and recovery in accordance with environmental regulations; * Check system pressures, temperatures, and operational parameters; * Conduct technical cleaning of evaporators, condensers, and components; * Interpret electrical diagrams and refrigeration schematics; * Monitor equipment performance and efficiency; * Complete technical reports and service orders; * Comply with occupational safety standards and internal procedures; * Ensure systems comply with technical standards and health surveillance requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical or vocational course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, oxyacetylene welding, and brazing; **Experience and Technical Knowledge**: Prior experience in the role (preferably in a hospital setting); Proficiency in refrigeration and air conditioning principles, including the compression cycle, refrigerants, and heat transfer; Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems (split, self-contained, chiller, VRF, and central systems); Operation and maintenance of cold rooms, hospital refrigerators, and freezers; Reading and interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration diagrams; Basic knowledge of electrical controls and automation; Proper handling of refrigerant gases and measuring instruments (manifold gauge set, vacuum gauge, multimeter, etc.); Knowledge of occupational safety regulations, such as NR-10 and NR-35; Understanding of temperature and humidity control in critical environments (ICU, operating rooms, laboratories, and pharmacies); Application of biosafety procedures and hospital infection control practices; **Required Attitudes and Behaviors** Responsibility and commitment, Proactivity, Strong communication skills, Ethics and professional confidentiality.
