Job Summary:
An SMS professional responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing safety procedures, as well as supervising and proposing preventive measures.

* Participate in and conduct daily SMS (Health, Environment, and Safety) dialogues;
* Develop, implement, and review occupational safety procedures and manuals;
* Implement Work Permits (WP) and control their execution;
* Guide and supervise safety activities based on legislation and client requirements;
* Propose preventive and corrective measures to mitigate accident risks and environmental non-conformities;
* Develop, apply, and verify Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRA), Hazard and Risk Analyses (HRA), and related documents;
* Plan and execute accident prevention campaigns;
* Support the control and analysis of data for management reports (indicators, inspections, and deviation records);
* Develop legal occupational safety programs with guidance from the SMS supervisor;
* Develop and deliver training focused on occupational safety awareness.
* Support operations with SMS solutions and standards aimed at continuous process improvement and standardization of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment;
* Monitor field activities, assessing working conditions and application of safety standards;
* Deliver and manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
* Assist in managing SMS documents such as technical reports, training records, and service orders;
* Support the organization and delivery of occupational safety and health training;
* Assist CIPA activities and SMS document management;
* Control, consolidate, and monitor service provision by clinics;
* Verify compliance with waste management standards in operations;
* Support workplace inspections, identifying risks and analyzing critical areas;
* Contribute to the development of documents such as the Risk Management Program (RMP) and Ergonomic Analysis of Work (EAW);
* Support SESMT (Specialized Service in Occupational Safety Engineering and Medicine) in scheduling medical examinations (ASOs), preparing PPPs, and other related tasks.

Compensation: R$2.685,09 - R$3.500,00 per month
