Lead engineering projects in the manufacturing of electrical equipment **Description** **The Opportunity** Serve as the technical lead for implementing the expansion of the power transformer factory in Guarulhos and developing the new greenfield site in Pindamonhangaba. The professional will be responsible for ensuring industrial process efficiency, aligning technology, quality, and productivity with the company’s strategic guidelines. **How You Will Make an Impact** * Participate in the planning and execution of the Guarulhos plant expansion and the greenfield site implementation in Pindamonhangaba. * Develop and optimize industrial processes, focusing on productivity, safety, and quality. * Design factory layouts, production flows, and technical specifications for equipment. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new processes and technologies. * Define and implement industrial performance indicators (KPIs). * Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, safety, and supplier teams. * Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and safety standards. * Support training and technical upskilling of operational teams. * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * Advanced English proficiency. * Prior experience in industrial projects, preferably in electrical equipment or capital goods manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). * Proficiency in technical drawing and process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, FlexSim). * Willingness to work in Guarulhos and undertake frequent travel to Pindamonhangaba.
