Professional responsible for operational and administrative support of Occupational Health and Safety demands related to highway operations.
Main responsibilities
* Conduct investigation, analysis, and follow-up of accidents and incidents, preparing technical reports, identifying root causes, and proposing corrective and preventive actions;
* Initiate, control, and monitor CAT – Communication of Work Accident;
* Manage stock, control, distribution, and traceability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring legal and operational compliance;
* Register and schedule employee onboarding in client platforms and internal systems;
* Deliver onboarding training, safety orientations, and capacity-building sessions focused on accident prevention;
* Plan, organize, and monitor mandatory training according to Regulatory Standards (NRs);
* Participate in operational meetings, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), field inspections, and alignment sessions related to Occupational Health and Safety;
* Request, verify, and control legal, environmental, and safety documentation from third-party companies;
* Record and submit eSocial-related information;
* Monitor expiration dates of documents, Admission Medical Examinations (ASOs), trainings, certifications, and other applicable legal requirements;
* Support audits, safety inspections, and internal programs targeting occupational health and risk prevention;
* Strategically promote a safety culture, ensuring compliance with internal standards, current legislation, and contractual requirements of concessionaires.
Compensation: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month
