




Job Summary: A professional to treat diseases and conditions through kinesiotherapy, mechanotherapy, and muscle re-education; guide patients; and provide ICU physiotherapy as part of a multidisciplinary team. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide ICU physiotherapy Apply resources such as kinesiotherapy, mechanotherapy, muscle re-education, and other techniques to treat diseases, sequelae, inflammations, and other conditions, per medical prescription, aiming to alleviate the consequences of such diseases. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform treatment for diseases, sequelae, inflammations, and other conditions using specialized physical methods, including kinesiotherapy and mechanotherapy, to alleviate the consequences of such diseases; * Guide patients in performing corrective, physical, conditioning, and relaxation exercises, demonstrating and training them to facilitate recovery from each symptom presented; * Provide physiotherapy services in the ICU, ensuring adequate pulmonary ventilation for patients, performing bronchial hygiene maneuvers, setting up oxygen therapy equipment, assisting with intubation procedures and endotracheal suctioning; * Participate in meetings with the multidisciplinary team to promote continuous improvement and team interaction, aiming to enhance patient care; * Complete quality indicator spreadsheets, updating them after each session, collecting data for departmental statistical purposes, and performing monthly closing for managerial control; * Carry out other activities as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy; * Active CREFITO registration; * Specialization in Respiratory or Motor Physiotherapy is desirable; * Familiarity with physiotherapeutic rehabilitation and respiratory physiotherapy techniques; * Computer literacy. **Additional Information** Working hours: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM — rotating 5x2 schedule 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM — rotating 5x2 schedule 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM — rotating 12x60 schedule **SPDM** — Paulista Association for Medical Development — is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57,925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40,103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8,911 dated 07/30/1970.
