After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform testing routines on injection and blow molds. * Support designers in implementing mold improvements. * Assemble and adjust molds and components according to technical drawings. * Conduct initial assessment of mold conditions and prepare incoming inspection reports. * Carry out mold maintenance in accordance with technical specifications defined in the mold dimensional checklist. * Perform machining operations (grinding, milling, turning, welding, drilling, sandblasting, and electrical discharge machining). * Conduct mold maintenance at production plants (blow and injection molds). * Monitor the start-up of production following mold changeovers and maintenance. * Perform mold adjustments to correct anomalies. * Identify mold operational anomalies on the production line. * Control and manage cleaning and calibration of measurement equipment in the Tooling Department. * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma (mandatory); * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields (preferred); * Prior experience with HDPE blow molding (mandatory); * Training courses in tooling (preferred); * NR-12 certification: Occupational Safety in Machinery and Equipment (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred); * Knowledge of machining (preferred); * Ability to interpret technical drawings (preferred); * Knowledge of dimensional control (preferred); * Familiarity with blow and injection mold manufacturing processes (preferred). **Worth noting:** Shift schedule from 1:20 PM to 9:40 PM, Monday through Saturday **Unit-specific Benefits:** **Amparo:** * Chartered bus transportation. * On-site dental clinic. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Year-end Christmas basket and children’s kit for your kids. * Profit-sharing program (PPR). * Payroll-deductible loans. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
