Coordinates teams and resources, manages client and regulatory agency relations, controls measurements and performance indicators, and ensures execution in accordance with technical, environmental, and dam safety standards. **Job Responsibilities:** * Manage the dam construction contract, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements. * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities, including earthworks, rockfill, concrete structures, drainage, foundations, and ancillary works. * Serve as the primary liaison with the client, supervisory entities, designers, and regulatory agencies. * Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and dam safety standards, as well as applicable legislation. * Strictly enforce SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards, promoting a safety culture and risk prevention. * Lead technical, operational, and administrative teams, managing performance, training, and development. * Control costs, measurements, billing, physical-financial schedules, and contract profitability. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), physical progress, productivity, and construction quality. * Manage construction resources, including labor, equipment, materials, and suppliers. * Analyze and negotiate contract amendments, scope changes, and economic-financial rebalancing. * Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, environmental, and contractual risks. * Participate in technical meetings, audits, inspections, and site visits conducted by the client and competent authorities. * Define actions to ensure optimization of economic performance (EBITDA) and the Company’s competitive advantage, continuously coordinating—with the Executive Board and department heads—the operational expenditure structure, revenue execution, and projected investments, aiming to achieve defined profitability targets. * Ensure proper technical documentation, reports, and records required by the contract and legislation. **Academic Qualifications:** Civil or Mining Engineer, with postgraduate studies in the relevant field.
