Let’s sail toward the future! \#JoinBrisanet **Responsibilities and Duties** • Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; • Actively participate in meetings and organizational commitments when requested; • Use individual and collective personal protective equipment (PPE), as required; • Perform other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; • Conduct vehicle inspections prior to commencing activities; • Report vehicle maintenance requirements, including monitoring maintenance execution and vehicle washing; • Conduct APR – Preliminary Risk Analysis; • Review Service Orders via email; • Close Service Orders using spreadsheets; • Plan and organize work while complying with established technical, quality, safety, and environmental preservation standards; • Install security cameras on mounts; • Verify and collect materials from the worksite; • Manage material usage in the inventory system; • Provide technical support to system users; • Prepare technical reports and assessments; • Maintain, install, and configure voice intercom systems; • Maintain, install, and configure CCTV systems; • Configure, maintain, and install video communication equipment (CCTV and VCON) on VMS software or matrix-based systems; • Install cameras on poles (Level II); • Provide feedback to Level I personnel (Level II); • Handle service requests (Level II); • Implement small-scale deployment projects, if required (Level II); • Configure cameras: speed domes (pan-tilt-zoom cameras capable of 360° rotation); LPRs (license plate recognition cameras); facial recognition cameras; thermal cameras (cameras measuring ambient or body temperature); software (management systems) (Level II); • Manage the queue of service tickets under your responsibility (Level II); • Manage assets (registration and de-registration of items relevant to performed activities in client software) (Level II); • Provide technical support to other field teams (Level II); • Design network distribution layouts (Level II); • Make complex decisions regarding service execution without requiring managerial guidance (Level II); • Analyze and inspect sites for project development (Level II); • Support leadership in activity planning (Level II). **Requirements and Qualifications** • Completed high school education; • Basic computer skills; • Six months of experience in telecommunications (Levels II and III); • Knowledge of transmission technologies and access methods, physical infrastructure of transmission networks, and logical infrastructure of transmission networks; • NR 10 and NR 35 certifications; • Geographic knowledge of the region; • Driver’s License Class "B" and Defensive Driving certification.
