The professional will work with steel and other materials, contributing to innovation and efficiency in production processes, always aligned with the company’s quality and safety standards. * Responsibilities: * Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks. * Fabricate and assemble metal structures, maintaining material quality and dimensional accuracy. * Collaborate with project teams to identify process improvements in production, aiming to optimize resources. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and metal structures, contributing to facility safety and durability. * Provide technical support to the team, mentoring less experienced colleagues and promoting knowledge sharing. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations during task execution, guaranteeing a safe workplace. * Qualifications: * General knowledge of boilermaking, including welding techniques and assembly of metal structures. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications. * In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety standards. * Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Educational Qualifications: * Completed high school education; technical training in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, or boilermaking is preferred. * Professional Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in boilermaking or similar roles. Experience in medium- to large-scale projects will be considered an advantage. * KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Practical knowledge of welding and metal structure assembly processes. * Ability to safely and efficiently use hand and power tools. * Proficiency in measurements and basic calculations. * Familiarity with industry-specific quality and safety standards.
