Native content production for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube We are looking for a versatile video editor who is attuned to digital culture to join our content team. The professional will handle the entire workflow—from mobile capture to final delivery—with creative autonomy and agility to produce high-impact native content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Your responsibilities will include: \- Editing native videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok, with appropriate pacing, cuts, and platform-specific language; \- Conducting mobile (iPhone) filming in everyday situations, behind-the-scenes moments, and live events; \- Applying basic motion design, animated captions, lower thirds, transitions, and graphic elements; \- Audio and image post-processing for rapid delivery, even under tight deadlines; \- Maintaining visual identity consistency across all content. Requirements: Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a plus; Practical knowledge of CapCut for quick edits on both mobile and desktop; Trend awareness: understanding what’s performing well and why; Ability to capture high-quality, natural-looking footage using a smartphone; Portfolio featuring real content published on social media.
