Support for projects and implementation of solutions A technology company is seeking a Technical Support Assistant in Fortaleza (Aldeota). **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support and assistance for systems and hardware. Perform control, maintenance, and configuration of IT assets. Monitor network assets and services. Respond to incidents and service requests according to ITIL practices. Escalate incidents and problems to Level 2 and Level 3 teams. Provide field support when required. Assist the project and solution implementation team. Create and update network documentation. Create and update knowledge base documentation. Previous experience as a Support Analyst, Support Technician, IT Assistant, or Help Desk Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
