Principius is a company specialized in human resources, offering innovative solutions for talent management and organizational development. **Responsibilities:** Will manage a beauty salon's commercial social media account, focusing on digital positioning, strategic content creation, and brand strengthening across social media platforms. Planning and publishing feed content (2–3 posts per day, depending on campaigns and activities for the period). On-site content capture and creation twice per week. On-site days will be scheduled according to monthly demand and are not fixed. Daily Instagram Stories postings featuring strategic content; creation of content that fosters connection, authority, and sales; monitoring of trends and opportunities for the brand’s digital growth. Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Content Analyst, Community Manager, or Social Media Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
