The professional will directly supervise technical teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and established deadlines, as well as resolving complex on-site issues. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and inspect field team activities (in-house or outsourced), ensuring service quality and productivity for installations, preventive and corrective maintenance. * Supervise service execution for different customer profiles, including end-user network equipment configuration and troubleshooting of more complex corporate network infrastructures. * Ensure all cable laying, splicing, jointing, and equipment installation activities (OLTs, ONUs, routers) follow technical procedures and occupational health and safety standards. * Perform network testing using specialized equipment (e.g., Power Meter, VFL, OTDR) to verify optical signal integrity and service quality. * Record incidents, complete service orders, prepare non-conformance reports, and recommend corrective actions or penalties where applicable. * Support training and development of junior teams, ensuring all members stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies. * Analyze team performance under supervision and propose improvements to processes and workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. Technical training in Telecommunications, Computer Networks, Electrotechnics, or related fields is desirable. * Solid experience in fiber optic network (FTTx, GPON) installation and maintenance. Knowledge of installation and repair standards for B2C/B2B customers on GPON networks. * Proficiency with fusion splicers, cleavers, and optical measurement instruments.
