Registration, updates, and beneficiary transactions A benefits management company seeks a Senior Benefits Analyst in Mauá. **Responsibilities:** Provide high-standard service to beneficiaries of SME client portfolios, clarifying inquiries regarding insurable benefits. Manage beneficiary and responsible-party login credentials for operator portals and internal systems. Schedule and guide beneficiaries on using the accredited health and dental networks. Clarify reimbursement processes, co-payments, waiting periods, and contractual plan rules. Perform billing activities and verify billing information related to insurable benefits. Carry out registration, updates, and beneficiary transactions in the company’s systems. Guide beneficiaries and HR departments on accredited networks, coverage, and procedures. Record service interactions, requests, and follow-ups in systems and spreadsheets to ensure interaction history and traceability. Position based in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
