Recording service interactions and beneficiary transactions A benefits management company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst in Carapicuíba. **Responsibilities:** Provide high-standard service to beneficiaries of SME client portfolios, clarifying questions regarding insurable benefits. Manage access passwords for beneficiaries and authorized representatives to health plan operator portals and internal systems. Schedule appointments and provide guidance related to the use of the accredited healthcare and dental networks. Clarify processes regarding reimbursement, co-payment, waiting periods, and contractual plan rules. Perform billing activities and verify billing information related to insurable benefits. Register, update, and process beneficiary transactions in the company’s systems. Guide beneficiaries and Human Resources departments on the accredited network, coverage, and procedures. Record service interactions, requests, and follow-ups in systems and spreadsheets, ensuring a complete history and traceability of all interactions. Position based in São Paulo / SP. Previous experience as a Compensation Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or Compensation Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
