Job Summary: Handle full-cycle recruitment for operational positions, managing the process from screening to candidate approval, and proposing strategic improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Indicator analysis and action plan proposal RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute full-cycle recruitment: alignment with hiring managers, job posting on platforms and social media, CV screening, interviews, assessment tests, evaluation reports, and candidate approval; * Register candidates on the onboarding platform and schedule admission medical exams in SOC environment; * Manage high-volume operational positions, including open positions and requested hiring demands; * Analyze KPIs and policies, proposing strategic ideas and action plans to improve candidate sourcing and internal/external processes. ✅REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Familiarity with sourcing and job posting tools such as Pandapé, Gupy, Infojobs, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.; * Experience managing high-volume operational positions; experience with telemarketing positions is a plus; Employment Type: CLT Work Location: Tatuapé | 100% On-site * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch Benefits: * Transportation Allowance (up to R$ 22.64/day) * Meal or Food Allowance (R$ 27.50/day) Birthday Day Off * Medical and Dental Insurance * Totalpass * Legal and Psychological Support Platform * University Partnership Programs * Career Development Plan and Growth Opportunities Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
