Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes for positions across various organizational departments, working closely and collaboratively with managers; * Conduct high-volume recruitment for operational, healthcare, and administrative roles, ensuring agility, quality, and strict adherence to required profiles; * Align candidate profiles with managers by understanding business needs and mapping both technical and behavioral competencies; * Promote internal and external job opportunities through available tools and partner channels, ensuring broad visibility of openings; * Conduct behavioral interviews and support managers throughout all stages of the selection process, adopting a consultative approach to hiring decisions; * Daily management and updating of internal controls and departmental KPIs, ensuring process organization and traceability; * Monitor document submission workflows with the onboarding team, ensuring smooth progression through to the hiring stage.
