




Job Summary: The professional will serve as the main point of contact for support to a specific client, transcribing reports and programs, preparing technical emails, and managing PPE. Key Highlights: 1. Main point of contact and direct customer support 2. Preparation of technical documents and emails 3. PPE management and CIPA follow-up * Serve as the main point of contact and provide support to a specific client. * Transcribe reports and programs such as: PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, OS, PPP. * Include departments and job functions in reports and programs. * Provide technical support to clients via phone calls and e\-mails. * Prepare technical e\-mails. * Register employees on the platform. * Import information into the system. * Conduct CIPA implementation follow-up. * PPE management **DESIRED EXPERIENCE:** * Microsoft Office suite * Fast typing * Assertive verbal and written communication **Working Hours:** Mon. to Fri.: 07:30 to 17:18 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
