Job Summary: Wepink is seeking a Junior Network Analyst to provide support, monitoring, and maintenance for the company's network infrastructure, with a focus on professional development in infrastructure and connectivity. Key Highlights: 1. Administer and monitor network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi). 2. Support the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network equipment. 3. Interest in continuous technical development in the networking field. Wepink is looking for a **Junior Network Analyst** to support, monitor, and maintain the company's network infrastructure. We seek an analytical, organized professional with interest in developing skills in infrastructure and connectivity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and monitor network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, and Wi\-Fi). * Support the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network equipment, such as switches, routers, and access points (Ubiquiti and Omada). * Monitor network availability and performance, identifying, analyzing, and reporting potential failures. * Provide technical support related to connectivity, internet, and internal networks. * Assist in documenting procedures, network topologies, and configurations. * Support the infrastructure team in implementing improvements, updates, and network infrastructure projects. * Perform connectivity tests and basic network security checks. * Support the infrastructure team in Level 1 and Level 2 support requests. **Desired Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN). * Familiarity with configuring and managing network equipment. * Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Windows Server operating systems. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interest in continuous technical development. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications or courses in networking (preferably focused on Wi\-Fi and security). * Basic knowledge of firewalls and information security. * Prior experience in technical support, infrastructure, or internships in the networking field.
