Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide Level 1 customer support, with knowledge in email configuration, printers, networks, Office365, Active Directory, and basic IT maintenance. Required knowledge includes general email configuration, printers, scanners, networks (wired and Wi-Fi), Office365, Active Directory, and basic computer and laptop maintenance.
