Send us your resume! **This and all other positions advertised are available for Persons with Disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the unit's technical supervisor by monitoring services to ensure accuracy in deliveries; * Assist in material requisitions by tracking available and missing materials to keep departmental processes organized; * Assist in preparing basic reports with quantitative data by analyzing performed processes to support presentations to leadership; * Organize sector documents using systems and spreadsheets to ensure easy team access; * Assist in client scheduling to maintain organized calendars and enable correct installation and/or maintenance; * Serve clients, employees, and contractors through all department communication channels to ensure accuracy in deliveries; * Support partner teams to clarify doubts and ensure processes occur in an organized manner. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite Computer literacy; Computer networks. **Education:** Completed high school. **Preferred but not mandatory:** Bachelor's or Technical degree in Administration, IT, Management Processes, Computer Science, Computer Networks, and/or related fields. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
