Ensure information security, including firewall, VPN, and antivirus. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems. Provide technical support to internal users. Work with POS and ERP systems to guarantee their proper operation. Support stores, including short-distance travel when necessary. Comply with information security standards and best IT practices.
