We are looking for a Development Consultant to take a leading role in creating and evolving end\-to\-end digital solutions at V.tal. Join a team that values innovation and continuous development! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop backend applications in Node.js/TypeScript and Java, ensuring solution robustness and scalability. * Design and evolve interfaces using ReactJS and VueJS, focusing on user experience and performance. * Integrate APIs via Apigee Gateway, ensuring efficient communication between systems. * Actively contribute to continuous delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, optimizing deployment processes. * Maintain applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift, ensuring service availability and proper operation. * Operate Oracle and MongoDB databases. * Implement observability and structured logging practices, supported by the architecture team. * Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, QA engineers, and architects to transform requirements into value. * Support code reviews, testing, and application monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Backend experience (Node.js/TypeScript and/or Java, Angular). * Frontend knowledge (ReactJS and/or VueJS). * Database experience (Oracle or MongoDB). * Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift. * CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). * Knowledge of observability (structured logs, ELK, basic Datadog metrics). * Familiarity with DevSecOps practices. * Understanding of modern architecture (e.g., Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, DDD). * Experience with messaging/event systems (Kafka or RabbitMQ). * Preferred: Experience integrating with Apigee Gateway. * Preferred: Experience in high-availability environments. * Preferred: Practical experience with BPM platforms (Colmeia, N8N, Twilio, Pega). * Preferred: Use of AI to support development (e.g., Copilot, AI APIs). * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Pharmacy Allowance * Daycare Assistance * Flexible Working Hours * V.tal Benefits Club * Extended Maternity Leave (6 months) * Extended Paternity Leave (20 days) **THE FUTURE STARTS HERE — AND WE’LL BUILD IT WITH YOU** ---------------------------------------------------------------- **We are V.tal, a company founded with the purpose of enabling connection to the digital world and transforming people’s lives.** We work to help position Brazil among the most digitally advanced countries globally, promoting digital inclusion, driving new businesses, and stimulating regional development.
