Therefore, we encourage applications from people with disabilities and individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and origins**.** The Compliance Analyst will prevent, detect, and mitigate compliance, legal, and reputational risks, focusing on corporate ethics, *due diligence* of third parties, conflicts of interest, whistleblower/ombudsman channels, training programs, key performance indicators (KPIs), audits, internal investigations, and business-area guidance—contributing to strengthening the culture of integrity, transparency, and responsible decision-making. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Compliance and Governance or Regulatory Law is desirable; * Prior experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, or related areas; * Required knowledge of third-party *Due Diligence* processes, management of whistleblower channels (ethics hotline), corporate investigations, conflict-of-interest management, and relevant legislation: the Anti-Corruption Act (Law No. 12.846/2013) and the LGPD as applied to Compliance; * Familiarity with *Due Diligence* tools (e.g., KPMG Watch, Dow Jones, Refinitiv World-Check, LexisNexis, Integrity Next, etc.) and Ethics Channel management systems (e.g., Navex, Contato Seguro, Aliant, SafeSpace, or equivalents); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Power BI knowledge is desirable; * Knowledge of ISO 37301, ISO 37001, and COSO frameworks is considered a plus; * Advanced English proficiency. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:** * Develop and monitor the Integrity and Compliance Program through implementation, monitoring, and updating of initiatives, policies, and internal controls—aiming to reinforce ethical culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate legal and reputational risks; * Conduct third-party *Due Diligence* processes by analyzing documents, performing searches in public and private databases, and classifying identified risks—to support decisions regarding vendor contracting and ongoing partnerships; * Support the drafting and revision of corporate policies, standards, and procedures jointly with responsible departments, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and best practices in Compliance; * Analyze compliance-related inquiries by interpreting policies and assessing risks—to guide decisions aligned with the company’s ethical and regulatory requirements; * Advise Commercial and Marketing teams on promotional initiatives through technical guidance and issuance of Compliance opinions—supporting decision-making and ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory guidelines; * Deliver compliance training on topics such as anti-corruption, harassment, conflicts of interest, etc., by developing materials, delivering presentations, and answering questions—to reinforce the organization’s culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance; * Analyze conflict-of-interest inquiries by evaluating reported situations and applying corporate policies—to issue technical opinions and recommend risk mitigation measures; * Manage the Ombudsman Channel by triaging submissions, classifying incidents, tracking deadlines, and updating departmental KPIs—to ensure appropriate handling of requests and adherence to internal procedures; * Support or lead internal investigations arising from reports received via official company channels, by collecting and analyzing evidence, conducting interviews, and coordinating with involved departments—to ascertain facts, identify deviations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions; * Monitor adherence to the Code of Conduct and corporate policies using KPI analysis, periodic reviews, and engagement with business areas—to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and promote compliance across corporate processes; To learn more about us, visit www.biolabfarma.com.br and follow our social media channels. **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** São Paulo, SP, BR Full-time CLT On-site
