Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Design Architect specializing in retail construction projects to develop architectural designs, create layout and design solutions, and coordinate technical teams. Coordinate technical teams and ensure project execution We are hiring a Design Architect If you work in this field and have experience in retail construction projects (supermarkets and wholesalers), this opportunity may be for you! * Location: Tatuapé – São Paulo/SP * Format: 100% on-site | Service Provision | PJ Develop architectural designs, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical details. Create layout and design solutions considering comfort, aesthetics, ergonomics, and sustainability. Monitor construction execution to ensure fidelity to designs and specifications. Coordinate technical teams and suppliers involved in the project. Conduct feasibility studies, analyze urban regulations, and review legal requirements. Prepare technical specifications, descriptive reports, and material and finish cost estimates. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to align expectations, timelines, and costs. Apply sustainability and accessibility principles in designs. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * Active registration with the Council of Architecture and Urban Planning. * Prior experience in architectural design development and construction supervision. * Proficiency in design and technical drawing software (AutoCAD), ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp. * Experience in wholesale/retail construction projects.
